Class A Felonies:

Generally, a conviction for a Class A Felony in Iowa is punishable by life in prison without parole.

Class B Felonies:

Class C Felonies:

Class C felonies generally carry a term of imprisonment of up to 10 years. Agnes represents clients charged with class C felonies such as:

IV. Assault While Participating in a Felony Causing Serious Injury.
V. Intimidation with a Dangerous Weapon.

Class D Felonies:

Class D felonies generally carry a term of imprisonment of up to 5 years.
